This is Yoga-Mad's standard yoga belt (also known as a yoga strap) which at 2m long is ideal for general usage, in particular for extending the arms or by providing the required tension of a pose without straining. In some styles of yoga such as Iyengar yoga, where belts are used more creatively, longer 2.5m yoga belts are often recommended particularly for some binding postures and for taller people.
